Ujjwal Arya
Senior Real Estate Consultant & Partner
Born to a family of Realtors, Ujjwal began his real estate journey watching his Father build his own successful real estate business in Delhi, India.
In 2002, He closed my first real estate deal and realized his passion for commercial brokerage.
He understood early on how his research had helped his client make a well-informed decision that helped them save money.
Ujjwal completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom, where he majored in finance.
He turned down a finance position with Ernst & Young to focus on real estate and joined Cushman & Wakefield.
At age 25, he was the youngest employee at Jones Lang LaSalle with a managerial title. After managing a national role for the Retail brokerage division, he moved to Dubai and kept leveraging his financial literacy with data-backed real estate research to advise his clients.
He worked closely with a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Dubai to ensure high occupancy within their over USD 700 million of assets under management.
Ujjwal is also a postgraduate in Business with a specialization in finance.
Equipped with over 15 years of experience consulting, negotiating and forging friendships from business relationships; He is now part of the Royal LePage Signature Realty family.
John Peruzza
Senior Real Estate Consultant & Partner
John Perruzza is member of the Toronto West Industrial Division, He is actively involved with the Industrial/ Commercial and Investment Real Estate business. He is responsible for sales, leasing, and landlord and tenant representation, primarily in the Greater Toronto area. His experience has allowed him to develop a custom tailored approach that exceeds client’s objectives. His focus is to provide clients with the knowledge and experience to maximize value and cost savings.

John boasts a distinguished career in real estate spanning nearly four decades. His journey began with Network Realty Limited, where he served from August 1982 until February 2000. Subsequently, he transitioned to Royal LePage Commercial Inc., which later became Cushman & Wakefield, and was part of their team from February 2000 to October 2008. Following this tenure, John moved to Royal LePage Kingsbury Realty Ltd., now known as Royal LePage Signature Realty, in November 2008 and has been contributing his expertise there ever since.
